A BAATN welcome
BAATN now welcomes complementary therapists from Black, African, Asian and Caribbean heritages to join a separate online directory specifically for complementary therapists. This membership is for those who are both psychological and complementary therapists and want to be placed in both direcotires.Â
Eligibility for inclusion
Eligibility for inclusion in both the Complementary Therapist and the Psychological Therapist Directory is dependent on relevant qualifications and full registration with relevant accrediting professional bodies.
Examples of registering bodies for complementary therapists are the Association of Master Herbalists, Association for Coaching, British Acupuncture Council and Society of Homeopaths. Examples of registering bodies for Psychological Therapists are BACP and UKCP.Â
To be included in the directories, members of the public will need to be able to find you listed on your registering body website as a full member.
Note: You will not appear in the directory immediately. Your entry will be verified and you will need to pay the yearly membership fee.
After you have registered, we will e-mail you with your personal user ID and password so that you can edit your listing, include your photograph etc. As a Member, you can book discounted training and events.
