Wendy Dugba, is a HCPC Registered and BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over twenty years’ work experience, in various settings. Including the NHS where she provided psychological counselling for people with severe and enduring mental health problems. Over the last 5 years she has set up a counselling service for teenagers in custody. She is passionate about working with children and has recently embarked on a Doctorate to research into the provision of culturally sensitive counselling psychology to meet the needs of Black and Brown children in custody. She is also developing her private practice as a clinical supervisor and practitioner and increasingly using EMDR, especially in the Black and Brown community.
