Foluke Taylor is a therapist*writer, working with an asterisk to signal black feminist modes of creation, space-making, and care. She is the author of How the Hiding Seek (an experiment with the intermediary and therapeutic agency of creative writing). She spent more than ten years as an adult growing up in The Gambia before returning to live in London, where she was born. Her most recent book, Unruly Therapeutic: Black Feminist Writings and Practices in Living Room, is published by W.W. Norton in New York and London.
