Specialist Eating Disorder Treatment

Orri is a Specialist Eating Disorder Treatment service based in central London.

We offer face-to-face and online treatment for individuals aged 16+ dealing with different eating disorder diagnoses and co-occurring conditions.

We are looking for a Clinical Services Manager to join our growing team!

The Clinical Services Manager is a vital leadership position at Orri, and the role is integral to the successful development and management of Orri.

You will be a registered practitioner (e.g. psychotherapist, psychologist, nurse) with a breadth of experience in eating disorder services.

The Clinical Services Manager carries a small caseload to provide individual, family and group therapy/support. This role is a dynamic position within the team, requiring flexibility, an ability to multitask, and requires a leader with a strong, inclusive leadership style.

You will be part of a multi-discinplinary team of eating disorder experts, working with the team to support the delivery of face-to-face and online treatment.

As a senior clinician within the service, you will bring highly developed knowledge of specialist therapeutic assessment, formulation and intervention skills and specific knowledge and expertise in the areas of eating disorder treatment.

Alongside the managerial aspects of the role, the Clinical Services Manager provides oversight of clinical documentation, auditing and regulatory aspects of the Service, and works with the team to ensure that best practices are followed, both for clinical treatments and programme management, in accordance with Orri’s policies and Regulatory requirements.

The Clinical Services Manager works closely with the Director of Clinical Services and is a key part of the Orri Leadership Team to ensure the healthy functioning of the programme and clinical treatment of its clients.

Annual leave: The basic annual leave entitlement in a full year is 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.

Leave entitlement is pro rata where applicable.

Management – Oversight

Oversees all aspects of the programme to ensure the needs of the service and the clients are met through the leadership and delivery of the therapeutic programme and case management.
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for the day to day running of Orri.

The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing existing quality improvement measures to proactively improve and understand existing service delivery.
The Clinical Services Manager provides support to the Director of Clinical Services in the formulation and review of clinical policies and procedures.

Clinical Focus

The Clinical Services Manager provides 360-degree oversight and management of client’s treatment pathway, providing the essential liaison between the clinical and operation aspects of the treatment pathway.

The Clinical Services Manager works closely with the Admissions team supporting clients into treatment, offering client visits and overseeing the intake assessment process.

The Clinical Services Manager works closely with the clinical team supporting treatment via clinical handovers, attendance in MDT discussions, assisting with case management decisions and provides 6 weekly reviews with each client in treatment to determine their next 6 weeks of treatment.

The Clinical Services Manager works closely with case managers and the clinical team to support risk management and incident related events, providing guidance and hands-on support when needed.

The Clinical Services Manager provides support when clients require onward referral, attending CPA’s, sign posting meetings, and offering carer support when appropriate.
