These gatherings are for therapy practitioners and students of Black, African South Asian and people of colour heritages. These gatherings are also open to other therapists of colour who are affected by prejudice due to the colour of their skin and global white power.
The groups aim is to connect with other working therapists of colour, to gain support with developing ourselves as practitioners and to leave the group energised and inspired.

In December 2023, the Palestinian poet, writer and Professor, Refaat Alareer was killed in Gaza. Many across the world mourned. In this reading group, we would like to give space to Palestinian creatives, as an attempt to speak into the unfolding loss, pain and trauma:

Booking Conditions
- Bookings can be made any time up until 15 minutes before the event.
- Only the next two upcoming dates will be open for registration at any one time.
- If you have difficulty booking, email the BAATN administrator
- If an event is full, email the BAATN administrator to go on the waiting list. If a place becomes available before 5 pm on the day before the event, priority will be given to those at the top of the waiting list.
Full payment will need to be made to guarantee a place.

The workshop was incredibly powerful, it was thought-provoking and the facilitators done an excellent job of creating a safe space to have open and honest conversations.
