Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a relatively new form of hypnotherapy that is based on the idea that people are capable of making positive changes in their lives if they are given the right tools and support. It is a very effective form of therapy that has helped many people overcome a wide variety of problems and issues.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern and effective form of therapy that has been proven to help people achieve their desired goal in life. It uses many techniques, such as Solution focused brief therapy and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), which are designed for specific purposes but when combined together can be extremely powerful because they work through different parts within your brain depending on what you need at this time; NLP(neuro linguistics programming) helps communicate with oneself more easily by using language patterns outside normal thought processes so there’s less resistance from negative emotions keeping them away while Humanistic approaches bring empathy into the equation increasing feelings like joyfulness – the combination of approaches enhanced by hypnosis lead towards creating change rather than simply discussing it!
The premise of SFH is very simple. A client comes to a therapist with a problem that they want to solve or an issue that they want help with. The therapist helps the client to think about what solutions have been tried in the past, what has worked and what hasn’t worked. This information is then used as a base line by the therapist who works with the client to come up with a number of possible solutions that might help them overcome their problem. The ideas are then discussed and evaluated by both the client and the therapist in order to narrow the list down to the best solution for that particular person.
Once this process is complete, hypnotherapy is used in order to help the client to visualize the positive outcome of their problem being resolved. This helps them to create new neurological pathways that will associate success with this possibility, helping them to turn into reality more quickly. Hypnotherapy can also be used to reprogram beliefs about what is possible for a person so that they are able to start seeing themselves as having more ability than they previously thought.
This process can take anywhere from four to twelve sessions (sometimes longer when working on multiple issues or weightless), depending on the severity of the problem and how motivated the client is to overcome it. The outcome is that a person who has come into therapy with an issue that seemed impossible to overcome has left after treatment feeling empowered and ready to make positive changes in their lives.
