Poppy Banerjee
Poppy Banerjee has been practicing as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist since 1994. She has been involved as a consultant with various voluntary and statutory organisations developing services that are focusing on domestic violence, forced marriage, self-harm and any other social issues affecting the community. She has been instrumental in setting up and developing counselling services specifically for Asian Women (mental health, students and domestic violence services, including the counselling services in the East End of London – Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham). In 1995 Poppy has initiated and developed a national forum for Asian counsellors and professionals working in the counselling & mental health field (Asian Mental Health Forum) and facilitated as chair for number of years. She is also an active leadership group member of BAATN (Black, African and Asian Therapist Network) and currently facilitating Women’s practitioners group and students support group focusing on race and culture. Poppy has a small private practice offering clinical supervision.
Beverley Ellis
Beverley has been practicing psychotherapy since the early 1990’s. She trained at Metanoia, London and is a qualified Transactional Analyst psychotherapist. As well as having a private psychotherapy practice in East London she also has a supervision practice and holds a diploma in clinical supervision; she is Provisional Training and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA). Beverley provides training on issues of race and culture and is also is an accredited adoption counsellor.
Beverley has been practicing Mindfulness Meditation for over 20 years and incorporates aspects of Mindfulness into her therapy practice. She has experience in working in voluntary organisations offering therapy to the unemployed, people with alcohol problems and those with mental health issues. Her particular interests are working with issues of race, mental health and spirituality.

Robert Sookhan
Robert trained as a person centered psychotherapist in 2005. He is currently involved with developing a counselling service at Newham and is joint head of the counselling service at the university of Greenwich. Robert also has a private practice in Brockley, London.
Claudia Anderson
Claudia trained at The Guild of Psychotherapists obtained a PG Dip in Psychotherapy. She currently manages the Counselling service at Brent Mind, oversees the supervision of trainee counsellors and is completing a PG Dip in Integrative Clinical Supervision. She is a member of the London Narcissistic Abuse Support group and the Hearing Voices network. Has worked within the NHS and Voluntary sector since 2008, is an avid blogger, reader and is keen to develop group therapy and supervision as part of her private practice.
