Open Training Event

Pause, Process, Proceed

A vision board for your professional self

Time: 6.00pm – 8.00pm
Date: Thursday 27th March 2025
Venue: Online via Zoom

Outline

Pause Process Proceed is a welcoming, arts-based group for therapists. This space offers a chance to step back, breathe, and creatively explore your professional journey.

Through reflection, creative expression, and supportive discussion, you’ll be encouraged to reconnect with your purpose and set meaningful intentions for the coming year. Take a moment for yourself, reflect on your work, and move forward with fellow therapists.

Participants are requested to have some art materials with them for the session. It may include paper, crayons, paint, old magazines and newspapers, glue. If you don’t have access to diverse media, come with paper and pens, we shall improvise.

Aim of this training

The aim of Pause Process Proceed is to offer therapists a dedicated, reflective space where they can step back from their busy professional lives, assess the past year, and set clear intentions for the year ahead.
