About the job
This post is for our Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Mental Health Service, which provides short term therapy to clients experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
We are looking to recruit High Intensity Therapists to join teams working across Kent & Surrey in our IAPT services.
What we’re looking for
This is a role for a qualified practitioner who is looking to expand their individual clinical practice to include Digital, Group & one to one CBT Step 3 NICE recommended interventions alongside the opportunity to attend LTC & Clinical Supervisors training. You will be part of a MDT working within a stepped care model delivering an NHS contract.
You will hold a qualification from a High Intensity IAPT Course (at least Post Graduate Diploma). Accreditation with the BABCP or provisional accreditation in place working towards full accreditation.
You will receive a robust induction plan, regular clinical and managerial support and access to We Are With You’s Learning and Development training and CPD programmes alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
This job is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level with Barred List(s).
This is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours per week.
Salary range is £37,158 – £41,783 per annum (pro rata if part time)
The position will be home based but occasional travel within Surrey or Kent is likely in the future for in person client work in the community, in person supervisions and team training/meetings.
