Self-Employed Therapists & Clinical Supervisors – Flexible Hours

Therapist Role:
We are looking for self-employed therapists with experience in providing individual and group therapy for a variety of client groups, including children, young people, adults, and families. Ideal candidates will have:
Relevant qualifications and expertise in one or more therapeutic modalities e.g:
Counselling: CBT, Person-Centred, gestalt, Solution-Focused Therapy.
Creative Therapies: Art, Music, Dance and Movement & Drama Therapy.
Psychotherapy: Psychodynamic, integrative, child and adolescent.
Family Therapy: Systemic Family Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) & Play Therapy.
Experience working in schools, community settings, or with young people,
A compassionate and client-centred approach to therapy
The ability to manage your own schedule and administrative tasks as a self-employed therapist
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help clients address emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges
Develop tailored therapeutic plans to meet the needs of each client
Collaborate with schools, families, and support teams to provide holistic care for young people and families
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
Participate in peer supervision and team meetings to support ongoing professional development
Clinical Supervisor Role:
We are seeking experienced clinical supervisors to provide clinical and reflective supervision for therapists and practitioners working with children, young people, and families in schools and community settings. Ideal candidates will have:
Relevant qualifications in clinical supervision and registration with an awarding body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, or equivalent)
Experience in providing clinical supervision to other therapists and practitioners, particularly in educational or community settings
Strong understanding of therapeutic models and approaches to support the development of therapists and practitioners
Ability to provide guidance on case management, ethical practice, and professional growth
A collaborative, supportive, and nurturing approach to supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to therapists and practitioners working with adults, young people and families
Offer guidance on therapeutic techniques, case management, and ethical dilemmas
Ensure that therapists are adhering to best practice standards and legal/ethical guidelines
Foster the professional development of supervisees, helping them to build their clinical skills and confidence
Collaborate with the team to ensure that the therapeutic needs of clients are met in schools and community settings
Maintain supervision records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
