Roundabout Dramatherapy Wants to Welcome You to the Team.
Turning Lives Around Through Dramatherapy
Are you looking to build on your expertise as a dramatherapist and enjoy new and varied challenges? If you are, Roundabout has the job for you.
This is an opportunity to be part of a genuinely compassionate organisation, where your experience will make an invaluable contribution.
Roundabout is looking for a Deputy CEO; a brand-new role in the charity’s management.
As Roundabout moves into its fifth decade and beyond, this is an exciting and unique leadership opportunity.
We offer a flexible working environment including hybrid working within a supportive and inclusive team. The Deputy CEO will be integral to shaping Roundabout’s future, building on the exceptional legacy created by Roundabout’s groundbreaking 40 years of practice. Our CEO, senior manager and administrators will be there to provide the Deputy CEO with the help and support they need to make a success of the role.
We are looking for someone who shares Roundabout’s values, and who has an enterprising spirit and a love for partnership building. Roundabout’s Deputy CEO will also play a crucial role as an advocate and spokesperson for the charity.
While this might be your first managerial position, we are keen to hear from dramatherapists who are passionate about dramatherapy and our amazing projects, and who have the capability to become a leader in the field. Working alongside Roundabout’s CEO, and with external mentoring, we will help you to develop the skills needed.
This is a three day a week post, fixed term for an initial 2 years, at a pro rata salary of £45,000 per annum. Roundabout’s office is in Cheam, Sutton.
