This new Young People’s Counsellor post would be responsible for developing and delivering a counselling/mental health support service for young people aged 16-25 living in CAYSH (Croydon Association for Young Single Homeless) supported accommodation. The post holder would be employed by CAYSH & report directly to the Head of Operations but with clinical supervision provided through Off the Record.
Applicants need to hold a professional counselling qualification to diploma level or equivalent and have a very strong ability to actively engage with a wide range of young people. Training/experience in CBT particularly welcome.
Closing date for applications will be midday on Thursday 11th March 2021 with interviews taking place via Zoom on Thursday 18th March.
