The Access, Engagement and Outreach Worker will champion the needs of children and young people from Black, Brown and other minoritised communities by working with colleagues within the Child and Mental Health Service (CAMHS) localities across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset to identify and address access barriers, facilitate discussions and to actively increase the visibility of CAMHS services provided by AWP to the local community.
You will work with the service and alongside the CAMHS Community Development Lead for Improving Access to CAMHS for Black, Brown, and other minoritised communities, supporting them to reflect on and address barriers within the service to allow improved access.
