We are looking for a motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our East and Central Bristol CAMHS locality team based at the Barton Hill Settlement.
You will be qualified and registered as a Clinical Psychologist. You will also have significant experience of working with children and young people, preferably within a community CAMHS service. We are a supportive, experienced and progressive multi-disciplinary team. We offer individual and family interventions which may be time limited or longer term therapies according to need. You will have the opportunity to develop skills assessing children, young people and families and ensuring they receive evidence based and effective interventions in a timely manner.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to our specialist clinics such as the Eating Disorder, Autism assessment and Specialist CBT clinic. Also to provide clinical supervision and contribute to the support of psychology trainees. You will receive regular clinical and management supervision and access to continued professional development.
The East and Central Bristol CAMHS Team is located within a community settlement in a vibrant area of Central Bristol. The post holder will be offering consultation, assessment and treatment to young people and families from a diverse range of backgrounds. The post holder should be passionate about working within diverse communities and be keen to develop an awareness of local community organisations and services that support the wellbeing of all families.
