Annette Watson (annz)

A Mental Health Professional by day and a budding poet by night.

Annz creative approach to Psychology is capturing audiences due to the raw content and organic delivery of her/Annz brand of ‘reflective spoken word’. As the author of Urban Narratives (a powerful ensemble of poetic narratives), Annz understands that  ‘all voices matter’ and through The Urban Narratives (part one) she conveys the thoughts and feelings of the community, from an organic life-changing project.

Annz dedicates her independent work, to her father Sir John (J.D) who delivered a Masterclass which inspired her first public speaking (Understanding the Black Man).  Her subsequent book launch and public appearances have been well received by men & women, all races and ages who report being moved and inspired by  Annz impact narratives of joy & pain, alongside solutions, from the school of ‘contemporary psychology’.

Annz embraces ‘truth’ and humbly presents her idiosyncratic ‘self’ as the Urban Psychotherapist @urbanpsychotherapist.
