‘Leadership, purpose and self care’ Saturday 27th April 2012
The theme of this year’s conference was “Leadership, purpose and self care”
It was a slight departure from the conferences of the past and focused more on us in our roles as therapists, facilitators and leaders and the tension between this and looking after ourselves along the way. The guest speaker was Jackee Holder, author of “The Souls Purpose”. This was followed by a series of self-care workshops and discussion.

Dr Jane Rhodes is the dean for the study of race and ethnicity and a professor of American studies at Macalester College
