Benefits of Community membership…
Being a Community member is about your personal wellbeing and about getting support, connection and inspiration. It’s about you as an individual, your relationship with yourself and your relationship to those you live and work with.
Community BAATN events support us to stay connected to what is important to us in our personal and collective lives. These gatherings are free to members or at low cost.
Qualified members of BAATN facilitate all of the events. Facilitators have also signed up to BAATN’s Core Values and Beliefs statement. All events are suitable for those new to these types of events as well as those who have been working on their emotional well being for a while.
BAATN is a Social Enterprise, which means that all profits from our events and projects are reinvested into supporting our [aims]. Our activities are run mostly by volunteers and survives through your membership fees, donations and crowdfunding.

BAATN Community Events
These gatherings are for anyone of African, South Asian or Caribbean heritage for connection, inspiration and healing. These gatherings are also open to other People of Colour who are also affected by prejudice due to the colour of their skin and global white power.
These podcasts are for anyone who is interested in the psychological impact of race on People of Colour from a UK Perspective.
Articles, research papers and video links that speak into the issue of race and culture in the process of healing and mental well being. All items have a specific focus on the UK experience.
